Each EMS system is directly connected to each unit’s HVAC system, allowing your maintenance staff to view how each system is functioning. Weekly equipment health checks are run on each unit, keeping a full maintenance log.
Maintenance staff will receive a push notification depending on the severity and type of problem that occurred, not letting minor issues become major issues.
Property MANAGEMENT
The EMS system allows managers and leasing agents to show potential tenants the average energy usage and potential energy costs using data collected from previous tenants and comparable units.
Greene Life will assist managers by analyzing their tenant’s energy usage and provide ways to lower their monthly usage to reduce costs.
Energy Management
Greene Life specializes in Energy Management as a whole. We don’t stop at just a new thermostat and door switch. Our system is an entirely digitized unit to ensure energy is not being wasted.
We monitor each unit’s consumption and work with the property to ensure that tenants are not being overcharged or unnecessarily using energy. We will help change the parameters within the algorithm bases on weather, the time of year, humidity, and other factors to help reduce consumption.

If an issue with your equipment occurs, a push notification will be sent directly to maintenance or the management team. Our analysts monitor each system to make sure the network and equipment are functioning correctly.
A weekly status check is run to test the health of the system. These logs are stored with easy access should you need them for a new hire or analyzing potential equipment upgrades.
